First Parish has a simple mission: the first, to help people deepen spiritually in their lives, to go beyond the superficial, the hurriedness, the inevitable lists, and to settle into some of the deepr places of their beings to bring meaning to lives; and second, once the strength of the spiritual self is in place, to move out into the world to make a difference, one person at a time.

 
What First Parish affords as well is to come together intergenerationally, and in this segmented life we lead, this is a rare and wonderful opportunity.
