2011-12 RE Registration
Registration for the 2011-12 RE Program is currently open. All registration forms are available from this page for you to review and print. Hard-copy forms are also available in the RE office.
You may drop the forms off at First Parish, or mail them along with your check to Lorrie Clark at First Parish, 20 Lexington Road, Concord, MA 01742.
Please make checks out to First Parish in Concord.
Please follow these steps to register your child(ren):
þ Step 1:
Print out the Registration Packet. It contains all of the forms you need to register your children (babies through 8th grade). For Coming of Age, please also print and complete the 9th Grade Coming of Age form.

þ Step 2:
Our program is a cooperative one. We require one parent per family to volunteer during the year. Please review the teaching opportunities below to see what interests you most. The schedule for each assignment is listed by column in the RE Calendar . For 2nd through 5th grade, please refer to the program listing below to review the topics for each term.
All teachers should be familiar with the guidelines for working with children that are outlined in the booklet What Every Religious Education Teacher Ought To Know. Parents will be required to sign a Code of Ethics Form form prior to the start of their teaching assignment.

þ Step 4:
Please indicate your first, second and third choice for your teaching assignment, by entering a 1, 2, and 3 in the boxes provided on Page 2 of the registration packet.
Your child's registration is not complete until one parent has committed to a teaching assignment.
þ Step 5:
Mail or drop off all forms to the RE office, along with your check. Fees for each class are noted on the individual registration forms.
